I'm looking for a 3d mesh recostruction program, ala meshroom

I'd like to experiment with 3d mesh reconstruction from photos. I would like to use it on human scale objects. I have a Nikon D7000-- so no apps, please.

My mac has a an r9 m290x-- 2 GB VRAM, Metal, opencl, opengl support. No CUDA. I do have a windows 10 partition if that helps.

Meshroom, apparently prefers CUDA.

Sure, I've been post processing my meshes with it. But it doesn't allow me to triangualate from a series of photographs-- to my knowledge. On Mac, Meshlab's poisson surface reconstruction causes crashes, so I've had to run the same program under windows,
