I'm looking for an application that "flows text"

I'm looking for an application that flows text, like a credit roll.

Eg; I have 3 pages of text. I want to show this text for an audience, and I want the text to flow smoothly on a large monitor. To show all 3 pages at the same time would make the text too small.

I have googled for this but can't find anything useful.
iOS, OS X or Windows doesn't matter.
Any ideas?

You could use iMovie to create a standalone mp4 movie. Put the text in a CONTENT LIBRARY>Title>Scrolling Credits.

Thanks guys. I'd really prefer something simpler though. Eventually someone else will do this, and then I want it to be as simple as using the Text editor... 🙂
