Why there's no one answer my question ? Please, i need HELP !!!!!!!!

Not sure what the issue is there, is it possible your internet provider is out? Are you anywhere near an Apple retail store? I think you would benefit from some time with an Apple technician that's able to look at your computer, see what's going on with it, and answer all your questions.

nothing wrong with my service provider i guess, cause my phone is working fine but just only my macbook that will suddenly disconnect and when i reconnect, it show me connection time out. :'(

Understand that your phone is on a separate system if you have cell phone, but it sounds like you have a very slow connection.. slow internet.. perhaps contact your service provider and ask them for technical assistance. They will have diagnostic tools not available to anyone in here.
