I'm So Jealous...Jealous of WHAT?!

It's July 10th, and people are STILL pulling me aside at work to see my iPhone. I gave 3 'presentations' today 🙂

One thing I don't understand is anyone saying, "I'm so jealous" or "You are so lucky." No, the people at our job who WON the iPhones are "lucky."

And why would anyone be "jealous?" They too can buy an iPhone. It's no big deal. One self-proclaimed 'jealous' person ranks higher than me. Unless I make more than she does, there is nothing for her to be jealous of.

However, it's still fun to see people gush over the iPhone. Especially afte reading the whining lately. I love it 😀

In such situations when someone says they are jealous, in means they would like one, but don't currently have the means, or it is not important enough for them to get one right now. No harm intended. They truly do wish they were in a position to have one like you.

Well if they can afford it, they probably A. Do not want to leave their current carrier B. Break their contract to leave their carrier, or C. Don't want to buy one but want it for free 😀

I went to dinner with two friends of mine and both were like "Oh my god, you got an iPhone! LET ME SEE IT"

I showed them it and they were impressed.

One of my friends said he needed to wait until the price went down.

I have been averaging 2-3 presentations a day. Get this, TWICE now at Drive thru's at Burger King and McD's... Just don't use it otherwise people will know you have one!

But really, restaurants especially. People see it from other tables and have walked over. It does get a bit annoying but I can't help but to show it to them. I know if it were me I'd want to be shown this shiny new gadget.

This is certainly something that Apple's marketing dept must be loving.

The drive-thru? Hilarious!!! I don't try to bring attention to myself at work with it. The word got out that although others have it, I'm somehow the one to go to 😛
