it´s nice if apple help out on the problem, but the tactic remains a dishonest one.

I agree - and it raises my ire just a bit to realize that people get away ripping off the company while I had a legitimate complaint that went completely unregarded by Apple. (See discussion thread "I though I Bought a 1GHz PB")
