Apple could have easily decided not to help in his iPod situation. I wouldn't look at it so bitterly, m.r.m., rather as apple being great with customer service. Eh?
I agree - and it raises my ire just a bit to realize that people get away ripping off the company while I had a legitimate complaint that went completely unregarded by Apple. (See discussion thread "I though I Bought a 1GHz PB")
