So the only issue I've had with my M1 Mini since I got it was that I hadn't gotten AW unlock to work.
Since I moved from an iMac with Catalina it could be both the migration, the switch in OS or the switch to M1 that could be the culprit.
So now I decided to fix it I quacked a solution that involved deleting a bunch of posts in the keychain to "fix" the issue.
But before I started with that for some reason I went in to the security manager, and lo and behold under the general tab there is a checkbox that says "unlock with apple watch"...
...THAT WAS UNCHECKED!
Yeah no wonder unlock with AW didn't work when I had it turned off 😛
Anyway, now it works, no fiddling with keychain etc.
Don't be stupid like me, look in settings before you determine that something doesn't work 🙂
