I have worked since I graduated college (1997), but I am so tired I feel I should be retired.

I have no interest in anything anymore. I just want rest.

Do you like your work? If you do, it should energize you. Have you been examined to determine if you are clinically depressed?

after your last thread ... is life better than death? ... maybe you should seek some professional help.

you sound depressed ... good luck

If you're going to bring this up, you need to tell us more. You might just need a vacation or a complete life change, or as a last resort, pills from a psychiatrist.

How old are you, OP?

Think you're tired now? Wait til you're in your 40's with a wife and child. I'm sure it gets worse from here, too. ;)

Seriously, you sound like you're in a funk. Only you can break yourself out. I recommend a trip to a gentleman's club, or a road trip.

What is your profession? Some career/positions have very high burnout rates and if that is the case, you may want to consider changing profession.
