For anyone on ipad waiting for multitasking im+ has been updated.
Basically it has facebook chat. For anyone that hasn't used im+ you can chat on msn yahoo etc etc and it has a basic web browser allowing you to surf and chat.
Adding facebook chat allows a bit more flexability due to facebook chat not working properly through safari.
