iM 4,1-14,4 iMac 12,1 CPU Fan Problem

I have an iMac 12,1 with upgraded i7 CPU and AMD Polaris 4GB GPU 20GB ram. While I was trying to get my system working on the internal drive I some how stopped my cpu fan from working. I've reinstalled open core and I replaced fan. In case it was my system drive (sonoma 14.8.4) I installed Monterrey on another drive but the problem persists.
Any idea how I could solve this?
