iMac 2.4 Intel: Video Issue

Can someone please tell me, just by glance what kind of issue this looks like; video card, ram, logic board??

I have attached a screen shot of it...this is about the 4th time this has happened and the second time in one week.

I am a graphic designer, that does a TON on it...the iMac only has 1 GB of ram.

Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 1 GB 667 MHz
