If it's a core 2 duo then yes, otherwise it might be a little slow.

It will play it, but not well. the iMac is not a gamer. Only the newest quad core 27 inch is a capable machine, but your 2ghz 20 inch probably lacks the power to run graphics smoothly. What are the rest of the specs?

    The Specs:

The iMac "Core 2 Duo" 2.0 20-Inch features a 2.0 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" processor (T7300), with two independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip, a 4 MB shared level 2 cache, an 800 MHz system bus, 1 GB of RAM (667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, PC2-5300), a 250 GB (7200 RPM) , ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics acceleration with 128 MB of GDDR3 memory

It will play it, but you'll probably have to use minimum settings on a 2400XT. Also upgrade the amount of RAM in the machine if it does only have 1GB in it.
