Imac 20 inch vs Imac 17 inch

2 questiones:
1)i can to wait for buy imac (until april) itis worth to wait unit the vista and leapord will be revealed or buy now and engoy (if i wait ,maybe a new virsion of imac be revealed ),what are you doing? buy now or wait?
2)The Apple wireless Mighty Mouse support on winxp( i can use this mouse when i run Xp)?

i have just a PC,i can wait,buy the qestion is :
if itis worth to wait half year or prefer buy now?
 
Time value of money would say that $100 today is worth more than $1000 6 months from now just for the simple fact that you would actually have some money in your hands now, whereas you have to wait 6 months to get $1000.

So the real question is: Do you REALLY want to wait 6 months when you can have it NOW?
 
I waited 10 months for the deal on my G5, but I already
had Mac OSX running on my G3 tower, so it wasn't as terrible.

NoteBook buyers that can wait, should at least a bit longer for Meroms.

The iMacs were just updated, so most people who want one are pulling the trigger.

Some ever so patient souls will hold out for a native Leopard machine this spring.

The drawback to waiting, is life, kids, cars and appliances, all lurking there with unforeseen catastrophes that end up eating your new machine savings. ;)
 
So are you saying to spend the cash now so if these unforseen events do happen, you will not have the money to deal with them?
 
Hopefully that won't be your case, but it does happen and suddenly all your plans
turn to *****.

Around here, something cool for dad is the last priority, so it took me 8 years to upgrade.
