[iMac 2009] Dots freezed on display

Hi all,
my old iMac (2009) it's no more usable.
From yesterday, after the boot, I obtain only a freezed view with dots/pixels.
No more operations are permitted.

I try tho hold CMD+R and CMD+P+R to reset the machine, but they seems unavailable.

Have you some suggestions for me

Looks like bad GPU or motherboard.
