Sorry its an old picture. Im already on 10.10.5. Also when I try resetting the PRAM, it will beep and wont boot. After 3-5x of restarting it would be OK again. Sometimes the mouse and keyboard wont work, a restart would fix the issue.

I tried several rams, same result.
It isn't the RAM. There is an issue with the app that shows the amount of RAM. To verify how much RAM is installed run System Information and double check. To check where the issue may be, create a new user account (call it TEST ACCOUNT) and run About this Mac and see if the issue persists. If it does not then it's an issue with the app in your normal user account. If the problem is also in the TEST ACCOUNT then you know it's system wide. At that point I would restart in the Recovery Mode and reinstall OS X.
