Try starting in Safe Mode http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1564

If it boots OK to Safe Mode (it takes a bit longer than a normal boot), then just restart, see if that resolved it.

It might be a display issue. Call Apple support.

I also think there is the display module problem, one more thing after this screen, the green stripe will disappear and grey screen without apple logo.
