iMac 2017 and Parallels 13?

anyone else having trouble getting parallel tools to load on the new iMac 2017 and parallels 13? I get to around 70% installing and then it fails. I looked at the logs and they say:

Error 0xe0000228: There are no compatible drivers for this device.

Anyone else having this problem or been able to solve it?

Maybe you could post the ten or so lines before that...

I just received an update for Parallels (13.2.0) No problems installing. Might try updating if you haven't already.

This is just 1 of many many failures so yea no idea whats going on but windows works fine and has all drivers in bootcamp just fine. so idk...

I am not sure I am following I am assuming its parallels that is not updated?

Is there someone I need to contact about this or is this just a waiting game until they get drivers for the new iMacs?

those are parallels specific libraries-- so yes, contact them.

I've been using Parallels 13 since day one with the 2017 iMac 5 months ago and have had no such issues. It runs perfectly.

I'm currently running Parallels 13.1.1 (43120)

I'm not sure what your problem is but it's not the 2017 iMac.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this update which I've now applied.

I had no problems before or after the update.
