iMac 2021 Thunderbolt Hub Not working

I purchase a VAVA USB C Docking Station 12-in-1 USB-C Dock (Thunderbolt 3) with Dual HDMI 4K 60Hz. When it connect it to the Thunderbolt port nothing works, When I switch to a USB-C everything work except the HDMI!! What could the problem be?

Love the my new iMac🙂
 
It could be your dock not compatible with the M1.

I use a BlackBox USBC2000 and it works perfectly on my 2 port M1 iMac.
