iMac 21.5 late 2009 cpu upgrade

I'm thinking to replace my core 2 duo @ 3.06, with the Q9550S.

The TDP is the same 65watt. The only thing that is different is the bus speed.

1066 mine right now and the Q9550S is @ 1333.

Has anyone try this before?

Not worth it.

Any of the new quad core iMacs available today will blow it out of the water even if you upgrade the CPU of the old one.
