imac 21.5 (mid 2010) upgrade to i7 2.93 ?

This is my first post.
I recently purchased a mid 2010 imac with i5 3.60gz processor.
I was wondering if it takes a future upgrade of an i7 2.93 quad core as they have the same socket at mb.

22w power difference there. It might be too much for the fans and the PS.

Edit: i7-860s is 9w more so doable if you can under volt it with Coolbook. You would gain about 60% in pure CPU performance.
