iMac 24" 3.06ghz $1000 a good deal??

6 months old because it is a refurb...no issues are mentioned...would this be a good deal? Itching to get an iMac but trying to figure out what are the good prices!

Seems like a good deal to me. I paid $1200 CAD about six months ago for my refurbished 2.66GHz 24". This was shortly after the 27" size came out and they were clearing out the old sizes. I believe they were selling the same 2.66GHz model in the US refurb store for $1100.

But ...

not fast enough lol! Seems like a $345 premium for a 27" screen...I think that is worth it. Direct from apple store too. The other place I found the 24" was off of ebay.
