Yes but $1,500 would be better. Be assured there is a bit of bargaining room built in.

BUT there is no 21.5" M1 model, they are all 24". If this is a 24" model with specs as you say, Apple Refurb in the US are selling this model, much lower specced, for near the same money:-

Is that the 2-port model or the 4-port model?

I WOULD NOT BUY the 2-port version. 2 ports ARE NOT ENOUGH for a desktop computer.

Get the 4-port version, with 2 USBc ports -and- 2 thunderbolt ports.
