You might try a fan control software program, or best a heat sensor kit from OWC. 27" iMacs require this when a hard drive is replaced by anything other than an identical Seagate drive it came with new. Should you have asked first would have suggested setting up the SSD externally via USB3 and running it as the boot drive.

hi thank you for your answer, my ssd is not 2.5" ssd, but a owc aura, it's not sata connector, you need open the logic board to see the connector on the back of it, and it won't replace or pull out anything, it's an additional drive besides the seagate original one. i think you maybe right about the heat probleme, the new owc aura produit a lot heat, it may be the cause of retart so often, so if i change a new fan, could it be better ?

    the owc aura ssd:

I would contact OWC tech support first. A bad SSD can produce these symptoms.

I was thinking OWC may provide more diagnostic help, like running a test on the drive, before making the effort to swap it out. If the problem is not the SSD (like not reassembled right) then you will continue to have problems. If the problem is the SSD, then nothing you do will fix it short of replacing it.

What was the temp sensor thing you were talking about? The one for the standard drive? You may be able to run a test on the Aura drive, I don't recall which test is better than another.
