Hello,

I have a iMac Retina 5K 2017 that is working slower. Opening files in photoshop or exporting from PS es getting slower than a month ago. I only use Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver in this computer. Some times iMovie...

My specs---
Processor: 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Memory: 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Graphics: Radeon Pro 570 4 GB

What can I do to make it faster and smoother?.. should I reset the whole OS and apps or install more memory?

Thanks for the help I can get

Assuming the SSD is not close to full, adding more RAM might help. Have you checked if there is something running in the background that might slow down the computer? You could also check if it runs slow right after restarting the computer.

Nop... Ram looks good too... maybe It would be good to do a full reset. Install everything again
I'm not sure if that would make a difference. If you have your typical programs running, you could see if there is a lot Memory Pressure and Swap use. That would be my best guess at this point.
