iMac 27 i5 volume on and off

Hello all

I have a late 2009 imac 27" and just did a teardown and cleaning then installing a fresh El Capitan 10.11.6.
Right now the sound turns on and off (gray out then back to normal)

No, headphone jack also turns on and off, even the bluetooth
