iMac 27" i7 Monitor issue (scrambles)

I am finding a lot of posts about the iMac 27" monitor issues. I have an i7 from 2011 and it JUST TODAY started doing this weird scrambling in the display. It hides everything on my desktop, and powering down doesn't help at all.

Any thoughts?

Do you have the Radeon 6970m ? If so, it could be going bad and Apple should fix it for free under the following program:
