Hi well after I replaced the hard drive with a SSD I copied back everything to the imac via carbon copy cloner. The SSD was seemingly corrupt and now I cant boot at all even from a CD. I did try resseting pram and nvram. I even took out regular ram and put it back in. Single user mode just wont start I keep getting a white screen. Its like it just ignores my keyboard commands.

    What should I do ?

    That's one possibility.

Another suggestion is to put your iMac back the way it was with the old drive and see what happens.

You could have a bad ssd, or something else could be wrong.

You may have left something disconnected while futzing around inside the iMac.
