I need to upgrade OS on a my iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) with AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 МБ.

At 13 years old, it's probably time to be looking for either a new Mac, or a "late-model-used" one.

The Open Legacy Core Patcher can be the best way to go if you want a modern and up to date OS on your Mac. The key is to max out your memory and make sure you have an SSD. Without those, it will be very slow and borderline unusable.
