iMac 27 late 2009 10.1 can not install Sierra and Hight Sierra

Hello all
I have imac27 Late 2009 10.1
When i try to upgrade hdd to ssd, when remove screen, i destroy lvds connector on motherboard. I order new MB=other board from eBay + new cpu intel core e6550.
After i install all in, i try to boot from old hdd and it wasn't load. Just stop in apple logo and nothing.
I change hdd to ssd, install El Capitan and its working good, but!) I need more
First, i try make bootable hdd with MacOS Sierra. And when i try to boot from this drive, nothing, again logo apple and nothing more. Wait 1 hour and still nothing. HDD led not blink.
After i try to install sierra from El Capitan System. After install, iMac rebooted and again, apple logo and nothing.
I spend 4 days and trySierra and Hight Sierra.
Change ddr memory, try to install to external hdd. Always same!
Help me, what to do?

Have you tried installing over your existing OS using the link from the Apple support page? Download High Sierra here... https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208969 ... and just run the installer without making it into a bootable drive.

Yes.El Capitan and to clean new external hard drive
And same. Just screen and apple logo. Not even progress line.

I make downgrade cpu)
Change to e8400 and install hight Sierra
