Can anyone tell me if my iMac support external graphic card?
Nope. Powered via Thunderbolt. Your iMac doesn't have Thunderbolt.
Okay than you for fast answer! I have any update option for GPU?
Technically, yes: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iMac+Intel+27-Inch+EMC+2309+or+2374+Graphics+Card+Replacement/9553
1) It's damned tricky to do.
2) You'd need Mac specific cards which work with your model. There aren't that many of them about and the performance boosts will be negligible, as the best GPUs you can fit are the 6-series AMDs that came in the 2011 iMacs.
3) Could be expensive, depending on prices in the used market.
If you want to do it, the best card you can buy for your model is the 2GB Radeon 6970M: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Apple-IMa...615142?hash=item2a6de908e6:g:ye4AAOSwvU5XMydH
