iMac 27 late 2013 for PC external monitor

Hi guys,
I have imac 27" late 2013 and PC build. Now i want to use imac for external monitor for PC
PC have VGA out and imac have thunderbold
Can i use convert Mini display to VGA to use imac for display PC?

I has to find so much but dont have converter VGA to Mini Display, just to see Mini display to VGA can i use it?

Nope it doesn't work. This has been discussed before several times. Since iMacs got thunderbolt (late 2012 model), using the iMac as an external PC display is not possible. This is an unnecessary limitation afaik, so you could always send Apple a complaint...
