imac 27' question

    That iMac is more than adequate for iOS app development.

    what about the ssd and hard rive is this the fast drive apple make?

    Yes... that model has what Apple calls a Fusion drive. It combines a 24GB flash storage drive with a 1TB hard drive into one large drive. The idea is the OS figures out what apps and data you use most often and moves that to the flash storage portion so it is very fast when accessed.

    Apple was criticized recently for the relatively small size (24GB) of the flash storage of this new model, but most people who actually own one report it seems to work quite well.

    1TB is bigger the the sad 250 i got:)

    It should be good for photoshop but i don't think i upgrade the ram cost to much.
