The i5 is £1599 and I understand I get 14% off University Discount.
Which means I get the applecare discounted to £49?

Now I've worked out 14% of £1599 is 223.86 so the price I should be paying is £1375.14

£1375+ £49 = £1424

Am I missing something? Or do they charge you extra online.
