Well, I'll go ahead and ask. What's the link to contact apple? I've been all over there support site and all I can find is links to contact them about iTunes purchases and the like.

iMac 3.06Ghz seems sluggish/graphical glitches.

I just heard in another thread yesterday that Apple does not do pick up repairs for iMacs in the states. You may need to bring it to an Apple Store a nearby authorized repair site.
As for describing what is happening tell them that your iMac is occasionally experiencing massive video artifacting.
