I'm genuinely curious, what do you find appealing about that iMac vs a new one from Apple for the same/similar price?

Let's keep in mind most of that software is free...chrome, handbrake, Firefox...?

Windows 10 Pro would be nice but the fact it's pre installed....that is a used iMac...to me at least.

Also the Samsung DVD RW then later mentioned as a "Suprdrive" seems sketchy to me. Besides you can pick up a Samsung DB writer for less then 100 bucks.

I just priced out the linked configuration at apple and came up with a price of £2,948.00. Where as the ebay site has it for £2,835.00 (and it includes a DVD-RW drive and windows 10 pro).

Perhaps I'm being overly cautious, but a "company" that sells brand new iMacs for less then what everyone else does and has more items, raises a red flag or two to me.

Likely he is buying them at 8gb RAM and upgrading them for less than what Apple charge.
