Hi everyone,

My cousin has just purchased a brand new fully upgraded 5k iMac just last week, however it keeps restarting randomly while using it and then displaying this message. Any ideas?

That's never a good thing. Have you attached any funky USB devices, or touched the RAM at all?

If this is right out of the box, I'd suggest doing a fresh install of Yosemite. If that doesn't help, get Apple involved.

As far as I am aware, the only thongs attached are a WD hard drive for Time Machine and then a port used for a USB extender. I'll get him to check the RAM. And yes, it's fresh out of the box.

I'm having the same problem, would love to know if your cousin ever resolved this issue.

I would suggest taking it to the Apple store and having it looked at. At least that is what I would do.
