iMac and OS X 10.5.3

Hi,
I have a 17" iMac G5 (1.6GHz). I just installed Leopard onto it, downloaded the 500 or 600MB combo update for Leopard, but it won't install...

BTW, the iMac doesn't have a DVD drive (it failed so I took it out).

Any suggestions would be great! 🙂

Can you still boot into Leopard? If so, have you tried repairing permissions and trying to redownload/install it again?
