iMac Apple Customer Service 2nd to none

    we ordered an imac (2.8 GHz) on aug 17th with the option for the wireless keyboard. at the time, waiting until oct 1 for it to ship seemed like no big deal. 2 weeks later, we were regretting the decision. yesterday we called customer service and asked to have the order changed to the wired keyboard and mentioned that we'd just pick up the wireless one in store when it was available. to our amazing delight, the rep on the phone changed the order for no charge (expected) but then proceeded to add on the wireless keyboard when it comes available for no charge!!! so we get a free keyboard. he said he didn't like one of their customers regretting their purchase and wanted to make things right! as he was finishing up the order, he accidentally put in a wired mighty mouse (we originally ordered a wireless) so he then threw in the wireless for free as well!! we couldn't believe the service and not meaning to sound like a comercial, but seriously, this was our best buying experience ever and hope others out there have been treated as well by apple's customer service peoples!!! with threads and stories constantly picking apart details and negatives (and positives) of apple's products, thought a good ol' warm fuzzy review was in order.
