is there any way i can buy the internal bluetooth and install it myself? if not does anyone know how much apple will do it for?

The only way to get internal bluetooth would be to buy a new computer. Bluetooth is something that is specially designed into the motherboard. If you really need bluetooth get an external module that would sit in a USB slot.
