iMac C2D Fans Settings

My bro’s iMac C2D 2.16 Ghz is having some graphic glitches and freezes up. My local Apple reseller is going to get him a logic board replacement, but he increased the fans speed to avoid the freezing up.

Right now he has them at:

ODD 3700
HDD 3700
CPU 3100

Which are the max recommended speeds for this iMac?
