Apple seems to say this model supports target display mode. Other websites say no. Can anyone confirm or refute that iMac9,1 supports TDM?

24-inch and 27-inch iMac models introduced in 2009 and 2010

To use any of these iMac models as an external display:
  • The iMac used as a display must have macOS High Sierra or earlier installed.
  • The other Mac that you're connecting it to must have been introduced in 2019 or earlier and have macOS Catalina or earlier installed.
  • The cable connecting the two Mac computers must be a Mini DisplayPort

    cable.

I’m 99.99999% sure only the 27” 2009/2010 models do. There were no 24s introduced in 2010 either.

An earlier version of this article from May 7th, 2021 doesn't mention 24" iMacs at all. I guess it's just a mistake that was added when the article was updated, since only the newer versions mention them.
There we go. Thanks.

That 24" was news to me too, but there it was in black in white right on Apple's own website. I'll fire off an email to them to let them know of the error.
