I have seen a lot of talk about the amount of flash storage as being 24 Gb. Today I got a brand new 2017 iMac and I went to System Report and it said it had 28 GB of flash storage. Weird. Anybody else notice this? It's still an insulting small amount but I knew that going into the Fusion Drive.

In 2015 1tb fusion drives started coming with 24-28 gb flash. 2 and 3tb fusion drives have 128gb.

I'm sure I read somewhere on the apple that the current 1 Tb fusions are shipping with 32 Gb SSD, but I can't find it now, so maybe it was my imagination. But yes, they announced a larger SSD for the 1 Tb Fusion a while back.

Is that the usable available amount after counting the OS?
