M macgeek77 macrumors regular Aug 10, 2006 #2 I don't really think there is anything you can do. I believe the ethernet port in the iMac is integrated into the motherboard. Therefore, you can't really replace it. What you can do is: get a external ethernet port that connects to a USB drive.
