Is this possible.
My wife uses a 400MHz indago iMac G3, 256MB ram 60GB HDD, CD, Airport, OSX 10.3.9, and every 3 months has a LOT of tax stuff to do for work (.xls) which takes up a lot of screen real estate. i Know the imac has a VGA port on the back, but, i think it only supports mirroring, dose anyone know of a way to use it as an extended desktop. patch, app, terminal twiddeling (with intricately detailed instructions) i dont mind, i just need to knof if its possible and how to do it.
and yes she probably could my imac BUT i dont have the miniDVI adapter, and i dont want to loose use of my mac for 2 weeks
