iMac G3 sound too loud

My Blueberry G3's sound is entirely too loud, even on the lowest volume setting. Any way to get it quieter? I have to turn the sound down on each program, which is annoying, and any OS sounds are freaking overkill.

I got the same one and I know what your saying that THING IS LOUD!!! Out of all the imacs I have ever had it has the best and loudest sound system. I just use headphones most of the time because of the sound.
