Check "About this Mac" -> "More Info" to see if it actually has a bluetooth card installed. At the time Bluetooth was an optional extra.

Your A1026 Wifi card is for Wifi, and does not include bluetooth (not a combined Wifi/Bluetooth card)
The iMac G4 has a separate card, just for Bluetooth.
If you need one, you can search for Apple's part number for that bluetooth card -- 922-5661
Here's a listing for about US$15.

Thats fine, but can't find it locally in Ukraine. I had seen that some third party bluetooth dongles also fit. Do you know any specific models of the usb dongles which should work?

@Wouter3
I found working Bluetooth adapter similar to DBT-120 it is D-link 122. It was widely available locally but not 120.
Tested on 10.5.8 MacOSX with Apple A1016, running fine.
