So yours still powers on then? Mine started randomly shutting down a few months ago, but then continued working normally for a while. Then one day it just stopped and wouldn't power on at all. I opened it up to run the diagnostics - with mine, the first diagnostic LED lights up but the second one doesn't, which indicates it's probably a logic board failure, nothing to do with the hard disk.
Well good luck anyway, hope they can either fix it properly this time or replace it with a new model.
