I've got a blue and grey iMac that has intermittant display problems.

Sometimes it works fine, for about an hour, then the screen will flash and the display will be almost invisible.

Could it be a loose connection?

Please Help before I just take it apart and go looking.

Thanks
Fred

Apple made a blue and grey iMac?

It could be one of several problems, what model iMac do you have, speed, slot load/tray? Have you upgraded OS recently? Do you still have an image with an external monitor attached?

I wouldn't recommend that, the CRT holds a dangerous charge even when unplugged for a considerable time. Leave it to a professional.
