I would like to know if anyone else is having a problem with HB crashing while converting AVI HD to M4v or MKV to M4v. I get the same result, crashing.

HB is the current from their site, OS X is up to date....

Elgato Turbo.h264 HD has no problems converting the files, however it does not use all of the cores. Elgato is only pushing two cores to just under 50%

I have tried a new install of HB, deleted all of the pref files ect, still no dice.

Ideas, anyone else with an i7 with the same problem ?

Handbrake 0.9.4 was released today, ensure you have the latest version of VLC and Handbrake and try it again.
