iMac keyboard and mouse won't connect

hi, sorry I'm sure you've seen this all before but we recently bought a new iMac and we set it up all fine, we then moved house and since we have got the Mac back out we cannot get the mouse and keyboard to connect at all? We cannot get in to access anything it just stays in the Bluetooth keyboard set up screen searching while the keyboard and mouse just blink away. Please help

I've encountered a similar problem with my old iMac. It might be an issue with your Bluetooth hardware, if this problem persists, send it for repair.
