Hello. I have a Playstation 2 Console and I want to connect it with my iMac display. As I know, my iMac model support Target Display Mode . If I use PS2 to HDMI and minidisplay port to HDMI and connect them, should they work together? has anyone connect PS2 with his/her iMac?
Thank you in Advance

I don’t think there’s an easy way to do this. I looked up a lot of stuff back when I had the same iMac you had, and it was all $100 adapters that cause input lag. It’s because it requires a thing for the HDMI to actively decode it to mini display port. I think you’re better off emulating it or better yet just play it on a TV.

Thank you for your reply. I search a little bit for a solution, even playing through a window on Mac, but every solution(HDMI, Adapters, USB and RCA) have some latency on Gameplay. So I think that it’s not possible connecting my PS2 With my mac. Nevermind, I will find a good tv and I will connect my PS2 to play! Thank you again!
